Base Price Includes: *
- $250 permit allowance* (if Montgomery or PG add $1000 extra $1,250 total)
- Standard color pool shell (white or sully blue)
- Installation of pool shell
- Excavation and removal of dirt or dirt used for grading by machine
- 3’ of 4” thick Brushed Concrete decking (coping is about 10” of space + 3’ concrete) with rebar and gravel base around entire pool area (available other options for pool deck like pavers/marble etc) Cambridge/Nicolock 6”x1’ bullnose paver stone coping (border around pool edge) and caulking in white, gray, tan, or off white
